Well the scratches and the cracked shaft are gone!
The carriage is dazzling! The color is Patriot Blue (Dodge Truck color).
Its a very dark blue with just a touch of metal flake. The camera has
trouble capturing it accurately. The upholstery is new, all the patent leather,
straps, shafts, keepers are new and the chrome has been polished professionally.

Buckeye Easy Riding Cart is light as a feather The color is hard to catch because the cart is so shiny. Rear entry is provided by chromed steps at either side. Comes with padded vinyl wheel and shaft covers
The cart weighs just over 100 lbs and is perfectly balanced as you can see. -- it only takes two fingers to hold it up. Here it is restored and painted for 2007. This color is Patriot Blue (Dodge Truck color) with clear coat. It will wear like iron. And you won't have to worry about touch up paint. It is so shiny its hard to get the colors to come out true in these pictures. It is actually a very dark, almost navy blue with a subtle metal flake in it.
The cambered axle insures a precise and stable ride. This is especially advantageous when driving cones obstacles. The extra wide single tree sits under the bow so it is virtually invisible when you are driving. The exceptional width between the shafts insures that your horse has lots of bending room when doing dessage and tight maneuvers. New removable wedge seat gives you the perfect angle for presentation and obstacle driving. When these 50" wheels turn the chrome hubs sparkle in the sun.

Hauling this carriage requires a long cargo space if you
want to put it inside a trailer. I usually take the wheels off and haul
them (in their padded vinyl covers) in the trailer. Then, I put the cart
in the bed of the truck facing backwards, with its cover and padded vinyl shaft
covers on. The goose neck hitches comfortably and the shafts rest on the
tailgate. It comes with a wooden axle stand to rest in while you remove or
replace the wheels.
The buckeye is light enough without the wheels that two
people can easily put it into the truck. We made it on to the USET with
just one Ford doully truck, and a 24' gooseneck Sooner trailer hauling the gear,
the horse, the marathon carriage (ECC Bat) and this buckeye cart (and us).
